By accessing vibeglowneck.world or using our digital habit-tracking and wellness plan services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

Vibeglowneck provides digital tools for habit observation, ritual planning, and weekly reflection. Our services are informational and organisational in nature. They are not medical devices, do not provide clinical advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

Certain features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at welcome@vibeglowneck.world.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to Vibeglowneck. Your ritual entries and personal notes remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

7. Pricing and Payment

Paid plans (Grove: £9/month, Canopy: £19/month) are billed monthly and include VAT at the applicable UK rate. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. See our Return Policy for cancellation rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Individual outcomes from using habit-tracking tools vary and are not guaranteed.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, subject to data retention in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
